Payment and deposits

To secure a booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance will be due six weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings less than six weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking. We require a refundable deposit of £150 to cover breakages and damage, to be paid with the main balance. The breakages deposit will be returned within two weeks of your departure, upon a satisfactory checkout. Payments can be accepted by personal cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. Credit cards cannot be accepted.

Extra people in your party

The apartment sleeps four guests in one double room and one twin room. The double room can also be made up as a twin room. If you require linen for the sofa-bed please let us know. If you require more than one apartment for your party, please contact us.

Cleaning and laundry

A cleaning and laundry charge will be payable to our property manager (approximately Euro 65). Rental price includes bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but excludes beach/swimming towels.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out at 10am. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
